Originally established in 1976 as Jackman Smith & Co, the company changed its name to The Insurance Store Ltd in 2007. In our 41 years of operation we have continuously endeavoured to provide our customers with the best possible insurance policies for their individual needs.

We operate from a conveniently located branch in Harpenden, where our friendly team offer advice and work face-to-face or over the phone to get you the best deals for a variety of insurance policies.

We act as an independent intermediary with almost all of the major insurance companies and as such we are able to find the very latest schemes for you. In some cases, we are even able to beat comparison websites for a better quote.
